Oaxaca and New Mexico sit nearly a thousand miles apart, yet share a rare common ground: high-altitude landscapes shaped by extremes. Our rum begins in the misty Oaxacan highlands, where wild fermentation thrives, and finishes aging in the dry mountain air of Santa Fe, where time, altitude, and aridity sharpen and concentrate it. Major Arcana lives in that conversation between climates, carrying the memory of one place into the next, and ultimately into the glass.
